My writing comes from a specific place. I am a Christian man shaped by Scripture, influenced by the long tradition of Western thought, and formed within a modern American cultural context. Everything I create flows through that mixture of faith, upbringing, and experience. I write for the spiritual formation of men, but I do so through a limited human lens. I acknowledge that openly. I do not claim objectivity, nor do I present myself as someone who speaks from a universal or cultureless perspective.

Because I am human, I am fallible. I am capable of misunderstanding Scripture, misreading culture, or applying truth imperfectly. I can be wrong in interpretation, tone, or emphasis. For that reason, I invite readers to approach my work with humility, discernment, and an open Bible. Wherever Scripture corrects me, I want to be corrected. The final authority is the Word of God, not my opinions or conclusions.

My goal is not to defend my personal perspective. My goal is to call all of us, including myself, to deeper faithfulness to Christ. If anything I write strengthens your walk with Him, I am grateful. If anything I write needs refining, I trust the Spirit and the Scriptures to do that work. My commitment is to truth and discipleship, not to being right.
