Frequently Asked Questions

Why are your books free?

I believe wisdom belongs to the kingdom of God, not to me. Scripture teaches that what we freely receive we should freely give. My calling is to equip men for cruciform leadership, and I do not want cost to stand in the way. Every book I write will always be available for free on this site and through full readings on YouTube.

How can I support the work?

The simplest ways are to watch and share the YouTube videos, leave reviews on Amazon, or support the ministry through PayPal, or the Donations page. Purchasing physical copies on Amazon also helps. None of it is required. Everything remains free.

What is Bethel Press?

Bethel Press is the imprint I created for my writing and teaching ministry. It is simply the name under which I publish books. It is a one man imprint with a clear mission to form men into spiritual leaders marked by sacrifice, holiness, and the character of Christ.

Are your books available in print?

Yes. Physical copies are available on Amazon for those who want a printed version or who want to support the work financially. The content is the same as the free versions on the site and on YouTube.

Do you have an official theological stance?

I am a Christian shaped by Scripture, the historic teachings of the church, and the long tradition of orthodox theology. My full Statement of Faith and theological notes are available on the Theology page.

What is your background?

I work at a specialty engineering firm supporting logistics product databases for major DoD contractors. It is a very technical job that mostly involves Excel. Writing, theology, and reading are what I do outside of work because they are the calling God placed on my life.

Why do you write for men?

My calling is to help form a generation of young men who understand cruciform strength, biblical leadership, and spiritual responsibility. Men are called to carry weight, protect life, build households, and reflect the love of Christ. My work aims to help them grow into that calling.

Can women read your work?

Yes! Although the books focus on the formation of men, many women read them to understand what biblical masculinity looks like or to support the men in their lives. The principles of holiness and spiritual maturity apply to all believers.

Why do you record the books on YouTube?

I want the content to reach as many people as possible without barriers. Not everyone reads books or can afford to buy them, but anyone can listen to a long form reading. Recording the books also allows me to bring filmmaking and visual storytelling into the ministry, which is another passion of mine.

What are you working on right now?

I am writing multiple long term projects, recording the full readings of each book, and helping launch a Young Adults Ministry at my church. My current work in progress list is updated regularly on the site.

Will you ever charge for your books?

No. Digital copies (in some format) and YouTube readings will always be free. The only paid option is the physical copy for those who prefer print or want to support the ministry.

Will your youtube videos be monitized?

Yes, monetization helps cover equipment, software, production, and future ministry expenses. It never affects the availability of free content.

can I quote your work?

Yes. You can quote or use my writing for teaching, ministry, or study as long as you cite the work. If you want permission for larger uses, send me a message through the contact form.

How can I contact you?

You can reach me through the Contact page for questions, corrections, or encouragement. I welcome thoughtful dialogue and accountability.
